Thank you for choosing Mumzee for your little one's wardrobe! We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
1. Free Shipping Everywhere
At Mumzee, we believe in transparent pricing. We provide Free Standard Shipping on every single order, regardless of the order value or your location within India. No coupon codes or minimum spends are required.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

During peak festive seasons or major sales, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.
3. Delivery Estimates
While we ship your orders quickly, the total delivery time depends on your location:

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and an SMS containing your Tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your package's journey directly on our courier partner’s website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Please note:

Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order before dispatch.

While shipping is free, a nominal COD Handling Fee of ₹50 applies to cover secure cash collection by our courier partners.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
We take great care in packaging your kids' clothes. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

Take a photo or video of the condition of the package.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address and contact number are entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or incorrect Pincode, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package out a second time.
