Return & Exchange Policy

At Mumzee, we want your little ones to love their new outfits! If something isn't right, we are here to help.

Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and infant accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

  • Items purchased during "Final Sale" or clearance events.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Note: We recommend recording a short unboxing video to help us process damage claims faster.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (you will need to provide your bank details securely).

Shipping Costs

  • We offer one-time free exchanges for size issues.

  • For standard returns (not related to damage), a nominal return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
